Toronto, Ontario – March 31, 2024 – FP Partners, ("FP Partners"), a spinout from FirePower Capital, today announced that it completed the acquisition of Swift Messenger Delivery Systems Canada Ltd. ("Swift" or the "Company"). The transaction closed March 2024. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Since 1980, Swift has been a leading multi-service regional carrier across the Greater Ottawa and Gatineau area, providing local freight and same-day delivery to a growing dedicated and on-demand customer base.
